Yarn Bombing Workshop: Community Art Nite

At Lights Out’s Community Art Nite on Sunday June 28th, we are hosting a Yarn Bombing Workshop in collaboration with Fiber & Vine where we will work together to learn about guerilla knitting/crocheting and creating a community art installation of colorful and whimsical yarn designs along the Main Street of Norway, Maine for the 2026 Norway Maine Arts Festival.

Knitters, bring a set or two of needles, size range 8-17. Crocheters, bring a few hooks, size range G-Q. Everyone, bring scissors and a bag to bring home yarn to work with! Knowledge of crocheting, knitting, and sewing will be helpful but, if you’re unfamiliar, please feel free to come help, learn and socialize, your creativity and support is needed here!
