Film Screening – Together: Signs and Intuitive Design

Together: Signs and Intuitive Design will premiere on Wednesday, November 12th at the Johnson Hall Opera House in Gardiner! Doors open at 5:30p, with films screening from 6:00–7:00p.

Created over the past two years by Jeshua Soucy and Nathan Allard, Together offers an intimate look into the creative lives of artists Matt Demers and Allison McKeen—at their incredible home, in the studio, at art shows, and within Maine’s vibrant art community. The film captures their partnership, process, and the intuitive dialogue that shapes their work.

Alongside the premiere, three Lights Out interviews from our ongoing documentary series will be shown, featuring Holden Willard, Chelsea Ellis, and Rachel Gloria and Ryan Adams. Each conversation highlights the diversity, depth, and spirit of contemporary Maine artists.
